- Students who complete the program will be able to identify the appropriate software application and type, save, format, edit and print various business documents; type at 35 words per minute with no more than four errors; access information using the internet; prepare an oral presentation using appropriate media and technology; and interpret proofreading marks and identify appropriate business vocabulary.
